What You will do ? - Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Assist in onboarding formalities for new joiners
  • Conduct orientation sessions on company policies & processes

Employee Record Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Update HR databases and filing systems

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and identify needs

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Screen resumes and sh training sessions and logistics
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with teams
  • Track employee learning and development progress

HR Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
  • Draft and prepare official HR documents and reports

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee queries and concerns
  • Support engagement and retention initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in the local language
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Post 6 Months Junior HR Executive (JRE)18,000/month + Incentives
  • After 12 Months HR Executive 27,000/month + Incentives
