Role Overview

As a Merchandising Intern at Jodi Life, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fashion merchandising team. You will assist in managing product assortments, analyzing sales data, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the merchandising team in planning and executing seasonal product assortments.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with reordering and stock allocation.
  • Analyze sales performance and generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Assist in updating product information for internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Help coordinate product launches, lookbooks, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated with fashion and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in fashion, textiles, and artisanal craft.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior internship experience in fashion or retail is a plus.
