Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Visual Merchandiser based in Pune. The responsibilities include designing and implementing window displays, maintaining appealing in-store layouts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with retail teams to curate engaging visual presentations, analyzing store performance, and ensuring the implementation of promotions that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey brand messaging effectively.
  • Experience in Retail, including knowledge of store layouts, display setups, and product placement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service strategies with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Sales acumen and the ability to implement impactful visual presentations that drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in designing and executing Window Displays that align with brand identity and attract customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple store locations and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail design is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
