We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping professional to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided to help them grow in their role.
