Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards
  • Replenish guest supplies and amenities
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensure proper usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assist guests with requests courteously and professionally
  • Maintain inventory of linen and cleaning supplies
  • Coordinate with the laundry department for linen requirements
  • Support deep cleaning and spring cleaning schedules
