About this opportunity:

Ericsson invites you to join our team as a Service Delivery Line Manager. This dynamic role is focused on supporting service sales directly or indirectly through the allocation of our team's resources. As a Service Delivery Line Manager, you will play an essential role in aligning with and understanding our overarching Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools, and Strategies. Safety is paramount in our operations, with all work being carried out within Occupational Health and Safety requirements. This opportunity requires the management of both our internal workforce and our ARPs/ASPs. Acting in accordance with the respected Ericsson Leadership Framework, the successful candidate will promote the organization's corporate values, ethics, and culture, driving optimum performance.

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and drive the Security Strategy & Security Services Portfolio in the Service Delivery
• Define and drive the Security Tactical Plans & priorities for the short term (1 year) and mid-term (1-3 years)
• Build and lead security organization and team in the Service Delivery
• Build and lead a team of Senior Security Experts; Provide thought leadership and guidance and mentoring for their development growth
• Align Security Services strategy & priorities with BCSS CNE Security Engineering, Market Area SSO (Solution Security Office) and Solution Areas (SAs)
• Align technical teams to provide adequate support to Market Areas and Solution Areas for Security Pre-Sales and Delivery
• Handle any escalations from Customer / CU related to Security Delivery and/ or Security Incidents

Technology Oversight:

• Good understanding of Telecom Networks, and BCSS Portfolios (Core Networks, Network Management and BOS)
• Evaluate and review / recommend security tools, technologies, and platforms
• Drive AI & ML driven security automations – Identify areas of automation scope and drive / lead initiatives

Governance, Risk & Compliance:

• Demonstrate strong governance & management capabilities to drive multiple initiatives parallelly
• Ensure adequate risks are identified, reviewed and actioned

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Mentor team, junior architects, engineers, and analysts

Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 20+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including few years in a dedicated leadership role
• Deep experience in E/// ways of working; Connections with MA/BA/CU/Product Security/PSIRT teams
• Good knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK), and regulatory compliance

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

• Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
