About the Role

Axis Securities Limited is building a dynamic in-house video team to create engaging financial content for digital-first platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Cameraman who can combine creative design, strong motion graphics, and hands-on video production to deliver high-quality visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate graphics for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn), including typography, infographics, and data visualizations.
  • Video Editing: Edit and composite footage with sound design, color grading, and effects; ensure outputs are optimized for digital platforms.
  • Camera Operations: Handle in-house shoots using Sony AIII DSLR for interviews, explainers, and product demos with proper lighting, framing, and audio setup.
  • Brand Assets: Build reusable templates, transitions, and motion elements for consistent branding across videos.

Collaboration: Work with content and marketing teams to translate financial concepts into clear, visually engaging stories.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator (Photoshop / FCPX a plus).
  • Strong grasp of motion design principles: typography, color, layout, and pacing.
  • Hands-on experience in video editing and camera handling (Sony Aiii).
  • Ability to animate charts, graphs, and data visualizations (finance/stock market familiarity a plus).
  • Understanding of social media video formats, compression, and optimization.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing
  • Prior experience creating short-form content for digital-first platforms preferred.
