Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer located in Maharashtra, India. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion graphics, video production, and graphic design tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include producing high-quality motion design content, working on video production projects, and collaborating with the graphic design team to develop engaging graphics for various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Motion Design, Motion Graphics skills
  • Experience in Video Production
  • Graphic Design, Graphics skills and experience
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus

About the Role:

We are looking for a 
creative Motion Graphic Designer
 to strengthen our design team. This role will focus on 
video content creation, animation, and motion-based communication
 to elevate our brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit videos for internal and external communications (events, campaigns, product launches).
  • Create 
    Instagram/Facebook reels, YouTube shorts, and story-based video content
    .
  • Design and animate explainer videos for product usage, processes, and factory walkthroughs.
  • Develop 
    intro/outro animations, logo reveals, packaging animations, and kinetic typography
    .
  • Support corporate films, testimonial videos, and employee engagement content.
  • Collaborate with marketing & product teams to translate complex ideas into engaging motion visuals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (and similar tools)
    .
  • Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work.
  • Creativity in transforming static visuals into engaging stories.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
