Position Overview

Axis Securities Limited is building a dynamic in-house video team to create engaging financial content for digital-first platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. We are looking for a Cameraman (Video Producer) who can capture high-quality visuals and bring ideas to life through creative filming, storytelling, and editing. The ideal candidate is skilled at shooting with DSLR cameras (Sony Alpha Mark III preferred) as well as mobile devices, and has a decent command over post-production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. This role blends creative direction, camera expertise, and a good sense of visual rhythm to produce polished, engaging short-form videos.

Role & responsibilities

  • Filming & Production: Plan, shoot, and execute video content using DSLR and mobile cameras for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Lighting & Setup: Manage camera framing, lighting, and sound to ensure professional-quality output.
  • Video Editing: Edit and assemble footage with color correction, sound design, and graphics integration.
  • Post-Production Support: Use After Effects and Premiere Pro for visual enhancements, transitions, and simple motion graphics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Travel: Be available to travel within the city and across India for shoots, as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in DSLR (Sony Alpha Mark III) and mobile videography.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Illustrator / Photoshop a plus).
  • Knowledge of sound recording and color correction techniques.
  • Understanding of social media video formats, compression, and optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in filming, video production, or digital content creation.
  • Prior experience creating short-form content for digital-first platforms preferred.
