Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer based in Mumbai. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations, engaging video production, and graphic design. The daily tasks include designing visually stunning graphics, producing motion graphics for various media, and collaborating with the creative team to develop captivating content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., generative video/image tools, prompt-based AI tools) to ideate, create, and refine visuals.
  • Edit and enhance video content, integrating motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound as needed.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to develop creative concepts and visual narratives.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, AI-assisted design, and digital marketing visuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Multimedia, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital video content creation.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools for video or motion graphics.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital communication.
