Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing loan applications, and ensuring timely loan disbursements. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and supporting income-generating activities. The role requires regular field visits, compliance with lender guidelines, and meeting business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Understanding of Finance and Sales processes, including micro-loan products
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
  • Ability to work in rural and field settings with a focus on relationship-building
  • Proactive team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields
