Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, fast-learning
generalist

to join the Founder's Office. You will work closely with the founder and founding team, taking ownership of high-priority projects, clearing operational bottlenecks, and driving initiatives across strategy, partnerships, communications, and operations. This is a high-exposure role with massive learning opportunities across all functions of building a startup from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founder to drive projects, strategic initiatives, and operational tasks – from research to planning to execution.
  • Manage communication flows with users, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Drive social media engagement and brand presence – identify and partner with relevant channels to grow awareness and distribution.
  • Support creation and management of investor-facing assets (decks, reports, updates).
  • Drive and support partnerships with VCs, accelerators, startup communities, and enterprises. Act as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment
  • Build governance and workflow management systems to streamline founder and team operations.

Bonus Skills (good-to-have)

  • Familiarity with , Figma, Canva, Mailchimp, Notion, HubSpot or equivalent tools.
  • Prior exposure to startups, VC, or community-led businesses.
