Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and billing procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Handle room reservations and maintain up-to-date guest records
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring effective resolution
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requirements
  • Answer and manage telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Prepare daily front office reports and support administrative tasks as required
  • Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain accurate billing and financial records
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
