Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist & Video Editor to manage online marketing campaigns, create engaging video content, and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital strategy, content creation, and modern editing techniques.

Detailed Requirements:

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for content.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine strategies.

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Video Editing & Content Creation:

    • Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, interviews, reels, and promotional material.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, motion elements, and short-form content optimized for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to conceptualize storytelling ideas.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.

  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and media libraries.

  • Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in digital marketing and video editing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and automation workflows.

  • Knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
