Thrymr Software Pvt Ltd - Job Description: Sales Executive

We're hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our custom software development services. We need a communication wizard with a hunter's mentality who can identify and connect with potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and articulate how our bespoke software solutions can propel their business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Master the art of the cold call to identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities. Strategically use email, social media, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients. Conduct deep-dive conversations to uncover their business needs and demonstrate how our technical expertise can solve their problems.
  • Consultative Sales: Act as a consultant, guiding prospects through their decision-making process. Collaborate with our technical team to create and present compelling, tailored proposals that showcase the value of our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with confidence, securing deals that are mutually beneficial. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide valuable insights to our marketing and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the IT or software services domain.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be a persuasive and eloquent communicator, both in writing and on the phone. The ability to listen actively, understand client pain points, and articulate complex technical concepts in simple, compelling language is non-negotiable.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: A demonstrated history of turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: A highly self-disciplined and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve targets.
  • Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in technology are essential.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
