We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to
provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our business
leadership team. This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to operate with the highest level of professionalism and
confidentiality.
The Role: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
● Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinating complex scheduling
across multiple time zones
● Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, ground
transportation, and detailed itineraries
● Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and business
presentations
● Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of
executives
● Maintain organized filing systems and document management
Business Operations
● Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by business
leadership
● Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business
opportunities
● Assist with sales operations including client communication, proposal
preparation, and follow-up activities
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
● Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required
Communication Management
● Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external
stakeholders
● Screen and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and meeting requests
● Draft professional correspondence, emails, and business communications
● Facilitate effective communication flow across departments and teams
Required Qualifications
Skills & Experience
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative
role
● Proven experience in lead generation and sales support activities
● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Proficiencies
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms
● Strong internet research and data analysis capabilities
Personal Attributes
● Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional
languages are advantageous
● Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
● High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
● Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with high-level executives and
clients
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in data services, technology, or B2B sales environment
● Knowledge of international business practices and cultural awareness
● Experience supporting C-level executives in growing companies
● Familiarity with travel coordination for international business trips
