About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven
Email Marketing Specialist
with proven expertise in driving IT sales through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that target both domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on lead generation and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for IT sales.
  • Build, segment, and maintain email lists to maximize engagement.
  • Create compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Set up and manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    Email Marketing
    with a focus on
    IT sales (domestic and international markets)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    email automation platforms
    (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    CRM systems
    and lead nurturing processes.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Must Have Skills

  • Experience in
    B2B IT sales campaigns

  • Knowledge of
    cold emailing best practices
    and email deliverability.
  • Familiarity with
    data-driven marketing tools
    and reporting dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of HTML for email template editing.
