About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Intern

to join our team for a 6-month remote internship. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in
Human Resources

, especially in
recruitment

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    end-to-end recruitment

processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate databases and track application progress
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Assist in
onboarding processes and documentation
- Support the HR team with
general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
