About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth functioning of the office. The candidate will handle clerical tasks, maintain records, manage communication, and ensure a professional and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain stock inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting support.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
  • Support other departments in administrative needs as required.

Requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
