About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth functioning of the office. The candidate will handle clerical tasks, maintain records, manage communication, and ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain stock inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments for management.
- Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting support.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
- Support other departments in administrative needs as required.
Requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
