Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Salesperson will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, managing client communications, negotiating deals, and maintaining a database of customer profiles. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales strategies and participate in sales events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in property tours, client engagement, and deal negotiations
- Knowledge of the Greater Bengaluru real estate market
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
