Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and selling insurance products to prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions. The Salesperson will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
