Known for its high-quality products with an extended shelf life and equal portion servings, ChillFill Foods collaborates directly with farmers through contract farming initiated five years ago. The company prioritizes sustainable practices and the latest technologies to meet customer demands, customizing products for major brands in the HoReCa, QSRs, Catering, and Private Labeling industries, while also facilitating contract manufacturing for MNCs. ChillFill Foods' product range includes various types of fries, nuggets, hashbrowns, and patties.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending sales meetings, providing customer support, and reporting on sales metrics. The Salesperson will work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and customer relationship management
  • Good understanding of the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the HoReCa, QSRs, or foodservice sector is a plus
