Job Profile: Real Estate Salesperson Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager or Broker Location: Noida Extension Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: A Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers and ensure a smooth transaction process. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to close deals effectively. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters. Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. 2. Market Analysis: Research market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Provide clients with insights and advice on market conditions. 3. Property Listings: Prepare and post property listings on multiple platforms. Conduct property viewings and open houses to attract potential buyers or renters. 4. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers and sellers. Facilitate agreements and draft necessary contracts. 5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details. Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations. 6. Networking: Build a professional network with other real estate agents, developers, and financial institutions. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's degree in any stream Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Performance Metrics: Number of properties sold/rented. Client satisfaction ratings. Revenue generated through commissions. Conversion rate of leads to deals. --- Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel to property sites and client meetings. High-paced, target-driven environment. --- Compensation: Base salary plus commission on sales/rentals. Performance bonuses and incentives.
