Customer & Supplier Relationship Executive

Looking for a soft-spoken, trustworthy, and proactive person to manage daily communication with customers and suppliers.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with customers & suppliers on behalf of the business (calls, WhatsApp, email)

  • Share invoices, track payments, and send polite reminders.

  • Ensure smooth relationships with customers & suppliers without conflict

  • Coordinate with credit risk and management team to ensure timely collections and minimize defaults

  • Report regularly on customer account status and payment updates

  • Work closely with me for approvals, escalations, and important decisions

Who We're Looking For:

  • Soft-spoken & patient personality (very important — calm under pressure)

  • Fluent in Hindi (spoken & written); basic English is a plus

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounts/ledgers preferred (training can be provided)

  • High sense of responsibility and integrity in handling financial matters

  • Freshers welcome if eager to learn and grow

Location: Patna (On-site)

  • Compensation: Fair & negotiable based on experience (Full Time With 1 Year Bond)
