Job Summary:

The
Administrative Executive
at Karara Mujassme (India) will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This role involves handling logistics, vendor coordination, record management, and providing administrative support to various departments to maintain efficiency and organization within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a professional and well-maintained work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office repairs and procurement.
  • Handle courier services, correspondence, and documentation efficiently.
  • Support HR in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and other administrative data.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
  • Process purchase orders, manage petty cash, and track admin-related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
