We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technical sales, closing high-value deals, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, scaling revenue, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of SDRs and Account Managers to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and GTM plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in custom software development, AI solutions, and SaaS.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Manage and grow relationships with international clients (US/Europe preferred).
- Ensure consistent sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive account management activities including upselling, renewals, and client retention.
- Execute lead generation campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls) and oversee automation systems.
- Negotiate and close high-ticket deals ($10K–$100K+ range).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Flexible to work in overlapping US/EU time zones to engage with global clients.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales with proven leadership roles.
- Strong experience in selling AI solutions, SaaS products, and custom software development.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and exceeding targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and outreach tools.
- Strong consultative selling skills – ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in both inside sales and field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical ability for sales forecasting, revenue planning, and performance metrics.
- Ability to coach and motivate teams for peak performance.
- Exposure to FinTech and HealthTech domains.
- International client acquisition experience (especially US/Europe).
