Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurgaon for a Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and fostering relationships with external recruitment partners.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong skills in talent sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment metrics.
  • Knowledge of Trends: Awareness of current trends in talent acquisition and the healthcare or behavioral health industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in HR are a plus.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong time-management skills and the capability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
