Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
  • Record journal entries, bank transactions, and ledger postings.
  • Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data.
  • GST Compliance:
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.
  • Maintain records of GST invoices, input tax credit, and payments.
  • Income Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  • Assist in preparation of TDS, IT Returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Support audits and provide required documentation.
  • Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely submission to authorities.
  • Payroll & Employee Reimbursements:
  • Assist in payroll processing (PF, ESI, professional tax).
  • Maintain employee reimbursement records and verify supporting documents.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Generate reports in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, summaries) for management review.
  • Office Tools & Documentation:
  • Prepare letters, reports, and internal communication using MS Word.
  • Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain fast and accurate typing skills

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com ).

Skills Required

  • Tally ERP (or equivalent accounting software) – strong working knowledge.
  • Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
  • Typing speed: Minimum 35–40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and GST compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
