Executive - AR

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Trichy I, with 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

• Experience working in an IT-enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
