Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join as
Academic Partnership & Enrollment Strategists
on a
purely commission-based, remote engagement
. This role is ideal for education consultants, academic representatives, freelance marketers, and business development professionals who can generate and convert leads from individual learners and institutional partners (colleges, universities, corporate training teams).

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Handson School of Data Science's
    live online instructor-led certificate courses
    (Clinical SAS, Data Science, Digital Marketing, AI, Analytics).
  • Generate and convert leads through personal networks, digital outreach, or institutional collaborations.
  • Initiate and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, training centers, and corporate clients for bulk bookings.
  • Provide accurate course information and present program details professionally—no false or misleading commitments permitted.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Handson Academic Team and submit weekly progress updates.
  • Coordinate with the central team for admissions verification and resolution of client queries.

Course Fee Range

Professional certification program fees range from
₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000
, depending on course, duration, and specialization.

For college, university, or corporate bulk bookings, pricing will be offered on a customized basis depending on volume and total revenue.

Commission Structure & Payment Terms

  • Standard commission range:
    10% – 25%
    per confirmed enrollment, depending on course category and sales performance.
  • For bulk or institutional bookings, commission structure will be
    customized
    based on total revenue and negotiated terms.
  • Commissions are payable monthly for all verified enrollments, with disbursements processed
    after the 10th of every month
    .
  • Mode of payment: Bank transfer / UPI (India) or PayPal (International), as applicable.

What Handson Provides

  • Official course details, duration, curriculum, and fee structure.
  • Marketing and academic support from the central team.
  • Onboarding as an authorized Handson Partner Representative.
  • Recognition and reference material to support institutional pitches.

What the Associate Must Provide

  • Own laptop, internet connection, and communication tools.
  • Independent lead generation and relationship management.
  • Honest, transparent, and ethical communication with prospective learners and partner institutions.

Eligibility & Desired Profile

  • Experience in education sales, academic partnerships, freelance marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional ethics, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with
