We are looking at hiring Sales Head with more substantial experience of driving sales in fittings and valves as a combined experience in Railways, Oil and Gas, Power and allied industries.

  1. Education: DME/ BE Mechanical.
  2. Experience: 20+ years.
  3. Location: Pune
  4. Travel: Extensive both local and Global.

  5. Best Communication skills

  6. Products:

  7. Fittings: Single and Double Ferrule, various kinds of fittings like threaded, welded, O-ring face seal, etc.

  8. Valves:Needle, Ball, Double Block and Bleed, etc. up to 2-inch sizes (Not required: Bigger sizes i.e. more than 2 inches - Gate, globe, check, etc).
  9. Hoses: Oil, Gas/ Pneumatic, HL2/ HL3 certified.

  10. Tubing: Bending of the tubes for various purposes.

  11. Specializations:

  12. Brake Panels: Railway Locomotive/Coach Panels

  13. Sampling Panels: For instrumentation

  14. Areas:

  15. Railways: Locomotive, Coaches, Metro

  16. Oil and Gas: On-shore, Off-shore
  17. Aerospace

  18. Engineering applications - Automotive, Hydrogen, CNG

  19. Typical Organisations: Difficult to get from one organisation but you can look for

  20. Tubes/Hoses: Imperial Auto, Aeroflex, Gates, Danfoss

  21. Fittings and Valves: Parker, Swagelok, DK-LOK, Stauff, Staubli
  22. Aerospace: JJG, Maini, Rangsons, AEPL, Azad, Collins

Expectations:

  1. Shall have worked with local and Global customers.
  2. Shall have handled team of more than 10.
  3. Maximum career in sales. Some exposure in RnD and/ Quality is okay.

Desirable:

  1. Application Engineering expertise.
  2. Standards Exposure: ASTM, ISO, SAE, IS
