Customer Support Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to the new and existing customers for our inventory management module.
  • Can manage a maximum of queries a day
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, shows the role's alignment with customer support demands.
  • Handle basic to critical level queries that might arise post-training for the inventory.

Management Module.

  • Work closely with the operation manager to maintain TAT for providing training.
  • Good at handling customer communication via calls (English preferred) and emails
