Haulistic Supply Systems is building the next-generation logistics network for modern India — integrating warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery under one roof. We're growing fast and looking for a battle-tested 3PL sales professional to help us scale.

Role Overview

We need a hardcore business development operator who can bring freight and warehousing business to Haulistic. You'll be the tip of the spear — identifying clients, cracking contracts, and expanding our footprint across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients for contract logistics, transport, and warehousing.
  • Build a pipeline across FMCG, D2C, retail, and industrial segments.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and upsell new services.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and pricing benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in 3PL / logistics / freight forwarding sales.
  • Proven record of bringing in accounts (minimum ₹1–2 Cr annual business).
  • Deep industry connects — manufacturers, distributors, and brand supply chains.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, street-smart, and ready to hustle.
  • Understanding of rate structures, vehicle types, and warehousing operations is a must.
