Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in performance management tasks on Meta & Google, conducting performance testing, analysing data for campaign outcomes, reporting insights and executing campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring marketing performance metrics, optimising campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with goals. The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and analytics at a Femrech startup space.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and a background in data analysis for interpreting and optimising campaign performance
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and report findings comprehensively
  • Knowledge of performance management and performance testing methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying detail-oriented
  • Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, business, or data analysis is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using marketing or analytics tools is a plus
