About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and motivated Performance Marketing Intern
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, with a flair for design and a willingness to learn the dynamics of paid advertising. You will gain hands-on experience in creating and managing ad campaigns, designing creatives, and understanding performance marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging ad creatives and visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Write and develop compelling ad content for campaigns
  • Support the execution and monitoring of campaigns in
    Meta Ads Manager
  • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day campaign management tasks
  • Contribute fresh ideas for creatives and performance improvement

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in
    English and Hindi
    (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of any
    South Indian language
    will be a strong plus
  • Strong creative sense with the ability to design attractive ad materials
  • Basic understanding of
    Meta Ads
    and performance campaigns
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
