Divine Hindu is seeking a sharp, ROI-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who can scale and optimize direct-to-consumer paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will be directly responsible for delivering sales, not leads, and must demonstrate strong control over CAC, ROAS, and scaling budgets efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities
- This is a role for someone who takes complete ownership of performance outcomes and thrives on scaling profitably.
- Lead and own all paid marketing efforts across
Meta
(Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Drive full-funnel campaigns with a clear focus on sales, not leads.
- Consistently deliver high ROAS while maintaining low CAC and strong order volumes.
- Manage and optimize multi-lakh daily spends, identifying and scaling winning campaigns without efficiency drop.
- Apply strategic audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization to reduce acquisition costs and improve lifetime value.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to deliver high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
- Leverage data from GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio to make data-backed decisions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests on creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.
- Present clear, actionable performance reports covering CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, and CPM.
- Take initiative to explore new channels, audiences, and creative formats for incremental growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' hands-on D2C/B2C performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing high daily budgets across Meta + Google Ads.
- Strong track record in sales-focused campaigns (not just lead-gen).
- Expertise in performance tools: GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio.
- Analytical, data-obsessed mindset with a focus on profitability metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Experience across Indian and international markets is a plus.
- Self-starter with a test-measure-scale approach.
