Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager who thrives on challenges, innovation, and results. With 3+ years of proven SEO expertise, you will take charge of developing and executing strategies that significantly boost search rankings and organic traffic. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about leading SEO initiatives with measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve keyword visibility and organic performance.
  • Manage the complete SEO spectrum — technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities.
  • Utilize top SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Build and oversee high-quality link-building campaigns that enhance authority and brand trust.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices to keep strategies ahead of competitors.
  • Create performance reports with actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior SEO professionals, interns, and consultants.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of practical SEO experience, preferably across different industries and websites.
  • Advanced knowledge of on-page SEO, technical optimization, link-building, and content-driven strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Good understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
  • Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
