Sales Executive Punjab Region (Work From Home) (A professional consulting firm helping individuals with Gazette Publication for name change / correction, surname / gender / religion change, adoption etc.)Work Location : Work From Home Ludhiana, Amritsar, Chandigarh. As per requirement of client office visit is required (co-working space). Role Purpose:To expand GCs client network in Punjab by generating new leads, explaining services, and converting inquiries into sales. The Sales Executive will act as a trusted representative of GC, building long-term client relationships and promoting our consulting and communication services.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (entrepreneurs, professionals, and MSMEs).
- Explain GCs services such as company registration, documentation, compliance, or digital consulting.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client database and follow-up schedule.
Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Provide timely updates, invoices, and reports.
Gather feedback and communicate client needs to the operations team.
Market Research & Expansion
Study local business trends and competitors.
- Suggest marketing or promotional ideas to attract new clients in Punjab.
Attend occasional virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for client onboarding and project delivery.
- Maintain professionalism in all client communications.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Graduate in any field (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or client service (freshers with strong communication may apply)
- Must have a smartphone/laptop, good internet connection, and quiet work environment
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (based on experience & city)
- Incentives: Attractive commission on monthly basis
- Performance Bonus: Annual target-based bonus for consistent performers
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday Off
- Weekly virtual meetings and Training sessions
- Initial training will be in person in your city or Online training.
