Job Title: Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, providing quotations, converting inquiries into orders, coordinating installation, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good customer relationships. The goal is to boost sales, ensure smooth execution, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential customers in relevant industries or projects.
· Generate leads through visits, calls, and referrals.
· Present and explain products to clients, highlighting benefits over competitors.
· Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
· Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
· Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed orders.
· Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams for drawings, delivery, and installation.
· Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms.
· Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Key Skills Required:
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Time management and follow-up skills
· Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant field
· 1–3 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
