About the Company

Ferguson Wafers & Namkeen is one of Rajkot's fastest-growing FMCG brands, offering a wide range of wafers and namkeen products. We are expanding our distribution network across the city and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to handle Rajkot's key routes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers on assigned city routes daily
  • Take orders and ensure full product availability
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with shop owners
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
  • Ensure proper product display & visibility
  • Identify new retail outlets to increase coverage
  • Share market updates

Who Can Apply

  • 12th Pass / Graduate
  • 0–3 years of FMCG sales experience (snacks/namkeen preferred)
  • Must know Rajkot city routes
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Three-wheeler/commercial vehicle license preferred

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  • Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives

Work Hours

8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Based on the routes).
