We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our marketing, telecalling, digital campaigns, and client relationship activities. This role offers hands-on exposure across marketing, administration, and PR, making it a great opportunity for freshers and young professionals who want to grow their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication (Telecalling)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain services and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
- Support lead generation and engagement activities.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain records, reports, and marketing data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Provide support to management in daily tasks.
Public Relations (PR)
- Assist in branding activities and promotional events.
- Draft and share updates with clients and partners.
- Help maintain a positive brand image.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & MS Office.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
