eGrove Systems is looking for Junior Accounts Executive to join its team of experts.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 +Years

Accounts:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks – billing, payments, and receipts

  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers

  • Perform bank reconciliations and vendor payments

  • Assist with GST, TDS filings, and ensure compliance

  • Support in preparing monthly and annual financial reports

  • Help with audits and maintain proper documentation

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock levels

  • Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services

  • Support employee onboarding (ID cards, workspace setup, etc.)

  • Maintain attendance and leave records

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts and Admin roles

  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting basics

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
