Job Opening: Area Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore, Koramangala

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Industry: Aesthetic Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

Guide, train, and develop staff to ensure optimal performance.

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets within the assigned cluster.

Maintain consistency and quality across all locations.

Drive sales and maximize profitability across assigned outlets.

Set and track daily and weekly sales targets for each outlet.

Monitor outlet performance and review sales strategies regularly.

Build, manage, and expand the customer base.

Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Gather and assess customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Oversee staff allocation and machine movement to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Monitor productivity and ensure consistent YOY and MOM growth in revenue, customer count, and category-wise sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)

Prior experience in Aesthetic Clinics is essential
