About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern/Key Account Management Intern to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Coordinators to support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of managing deadlines, teams, and client communication in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Help prepare meeting notes, project reports, and task documentation.
- Support in managing project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Excel).
- Follow up with internal teams for task updates and status reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and data organization.
- Participate in internal team meetings and client calls (where required).
- Flag bottlenecks or delays to the project coordinator or manager.
- Learn and apply basic principles of agile or waterfall project methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., using formulas, filters, data validation, basic dashboards).
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
