Role Overview:

As a project manager with prior agency experience, you will lead and drive digital marketing projects and campaign execution specifically tailored for clients in the legal sector. You will take full ownership of project delivery, manage client communication effectively, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee reporting on campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations that support business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on social media and performance marketing tailored for law firms and legal service providers.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and allocate resources ensuring campaigns run on schedule and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance metrics, ensuring goals and KPIs are on track.

Client Communication & Objection Handling

  • Serve as the primary contact for legal clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships with transparency and professionalism.
  • Proactively address client feedback, concerns, and objections, finding effective resolutions that align with project goals.
  • Present campaign updates, reports, and strategic insights clearly to clients, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Coordinate internal teams including creatives, digital marketers, analysts, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage workflows, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Facilitate communication among teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline processes.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Compile, analyze, and communicate regular performance reports detailing campaign outcomes to clients and agency leadership.
  • Use analytics tools to extract insights, measure ROI, and suggest optimizations for ongoing and future projects.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy development for lawyer clients, ensuring campaigns align with their business objectives and industry regulations.
  • Recommend new tools, platforms, or best practices to improve efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably with exposure to social media marketing and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with or managing accounts for legal clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client objections tactfully.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and commitment to client success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
