Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Franchise Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive franchise expansion by identifying, engaging, and closing franchise partner leads. You will build and manage a high-conversion sales funnel, establish lasting relationships with potential partners, and represent the brand with professionalism and passion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end franchise sales process – lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through digital, referrals, events, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery calls and present compelling business proposals to potential franchisees
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain detailed records of sales conversations, projections, and conversions using CRM tools
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Ensure smooth transition of new franchise partners into the onboarding team
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Qualifications
- Franchise Development and Sales expertise, including lead generation and closing partnerships.
- A natural relationship-builder with the ability to influence decision-makers
- 6–7 years of experience in franchise sales or multi-unit retail expansion
- Strong skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Negotiation.
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills.
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the retail or franchising sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
