Role Overview:

We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Team Leader
who can manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership qualities, sales acumen, and the ability to drive the team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assign and monitor daily/weekly tasks and performance of team members.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Track team performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation and property sales.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with management to align team efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure and motivate the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
