Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Trainer located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Daily tasks include developing and presenting training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback to the sales team. Additionally, the role involves maintaining training records, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring alignment with company sales strategies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Experience in conducting Sales Trainings and Training & Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
