Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Manager to oversee brand strategy, marketing communication, and positioning for our manufacturing business. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility, managing campaigns, and aligning brand identity with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to drive awareness and sales.
  • Oversee promotional activities, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct competitor analysis, consumer insights, and industry trends to guide brand decisions.
  • Track performance metrics (ROI, brand equity, customer feedback).
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and production teams to align branding efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media, and vendors for marketing initiatives.
  • Digital & Social Media Management:
  • Manage digital marketing activities including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and online reputation.
  • Drive engagement and lead generation through digital platforms.
  • Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and communication in the manufacturing/FMCG/industrial sector.
  • Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
