Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date with social media trends, collaborating with the marketing team to align content with strategy, and engaging with the online community to build relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media advertising, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze performance metrics
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices
  • Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a digital agency is a plus
